Optimizing Win 7 for recording?

Yeah, I use that to clean out dead temp files and stuff. Registry seems kinda fragile, though I do scan and check the results from time to time. Some dumb filetype stuff hanging around, or dead drivers, but usually there's nothing to worry about. And it pays to know exactly what you're doing. Hell, play with it, but make a verified partition backup first.
